2) Technical Migration Assessment
What we do: We interview key information technology (IT) and legacy system owners; analyze current systems scalability and flexibility relative to available technologies; analyze ability and determine the level of effort needed to migrate the legacy technology to newer technologies; and analyze the level of effort necessary to integrate a new package solution into the current technical environment.
What we deliver: Based on our research, we provide a migration assessment and a high-level statement of effort for a new, packaged-solution integration.
3) Map Vendors and Technologies
What we do: We leverage our market knowledge to conduct a preliminary mapping of business and technical requirements; identify key vendor solutions; hold "blind" conversations with those vendors to assess their current and future capabilities; determine fit criteria based on our vendor findings; prepare a request for proposal (RFP) based on industry standards and your organization's unique requirements (e.g., nonstandard products or exception-processing needs); develop a weighted-scoring selection process; and determine demonstration participants.

4) Project Management

What we do: We develop a solution suited to your specific organization; integrate that solution with your legacy systems; migrate the solution to the production environment; and thoroughly train your staff to be self-sufficient.
What we deliver: When the implementation is complete, you have a production solution backed up with system documentation and training.
